SPTjam Skate School!

Hey everyone! We're thrilled to announce that due to the incredible success of the SPTjam over the past few years, we've officially established ourselves as a Community Interest Company. We are now recognized as the largest rollerblade competition in the UK, and we owe a huge thanks to all of you amazing supporters who have been with us from the very beginning. Your efforts, especially the petition to resurface the skatepark in preparation for our inaugural competition, made a significant impact. In just two years, our event outgrew the original skatepark, prompting our move to Rampworx Skatepark.

As the SPTjam continues to expand, we feel it's essential to give back to the community even more! We're excited to share our new partnership with Rampworx through the launch of the "SPT Skate School"! This program will take place every Thursday from 5 PM to 7 PM at Rampworx skatepark. Don't worry if you or your child doesn’t have skates - we provide all necessary equipment, including rollerblades, helmets, and protective gear! To kick things off, the first lesson will be free for anyone wanting to try something new. After that, sessions will be just £15. All profits will go back into the SPTjam fund, helping us enhance the school and expand our events even further! Our coaches are all DBS checked and bring over a decade of rollerblading experience to the table.

We're planning to launch the Skate School on the second Thursday of 2025, and we can't wait to hear from you! Booking is open from Monday 2nd December on our website be sure to secure your spot.
